Skilled lead guitarist/vocalist needed!

We are urgently seeking a skilled lead guitarist/vocalist who is interested in joining an already-established local indie-rock band that has already written the rhythm parts for our 16-track debut album, which we started 5 years ago, and which we believe so deeply in, that we have STILL not given up on said record! Ok, so here's the deal... we have been around for a few years, and we have already been through a couple guitarists, but nobody that has stayed around long enough to write any solid material for us... so we've actually technically been a duo longer than we've been a full band. BUT, we have written an amazing album (of just rhythm), and we are confident, that with the right guitarist, namely someone who is dedicated and loyal, this album can finally become a reality... If we can just find the right person to groove with... the same person who can help us complete our record... we would love to offer that person a permanent home within our group. That's the real deal. We do have a small starter studio, which we have found is sufficient for recording... and we have music video shooting capabilities. We won't have a problem upgrading into a larger unit down the road. Right now, we are simply looking for a dedicated musician who wants to give himself to rock and roll, just like us! And we have a VERY catchy first record layout! ALL we are missing is our future melody-maker on the axe to complete the power trio line-up we were destined to have since day 1!! We definitely don't want to try to go out as a drum & bass duo project, that's for sure! For most of our existence, it has just been me (Garris), the drummer and (David), the bassist... but in that time, we have proven to be capable of sustaining a life-long songwriting partnership. Our collaborative compositions have earned praise from fellow musicians and audience members (when we didn't even have a guitar player), and we also have connections to booking agents for gigs, as we have dabbled in the scene without a full line-up, and played a couple shows, but with a previous band, that is no longer. Bottom line is that project is no longer, and we are still left with the strong belief in our original band...that it WILL succeed with the right guitarist!! The ability to write lyrics is also a major plus, but not a deal-breaker, because I am a skilled lyric writer, and so is my bassist! But if you can write awesome lyrics, that would be ideal, because eventually, when it comes to returning to the studio to begin composing our sophomore record... by that time, we want our third and final member to have an equal third of the future creative "say" of the band... for all future band recordings from then on!
