Looking for an escape from the monotony of working from home every day? Or do you need a quiet place to study a few days each month? Let's barter! I'm looking for someone to stay with me on 2 Wednesdays each month, from Noon until 8:30PM. This is a respite shift for my live-in caregiver. I am a 55yr old, male quadriplegic living in North Saco. Duties include: making lunch & dinner (mostly heating up leftovers) and feeding me, assisting my evening caregiver with transferring from wheelchair to bed using a Hoyer lift and washing my face. Also, if I have an appointment or errand to run, I would need you to drive me in my van. (just a normal minivan) This wouldn't happen often. There will be a lot of down time as I spend the majority of my day on my computer, so this would be ideal for someone who works remotely and has some flexibility or a student. Barter = a quiet, clean, pleasant environment for you to work, study or watch movies + $50 per day in exchange for helping me. No smokers please. No experience necessary.
