Description
Small local property management company, mostly eastside, looking to hire motivated, wanting to learn about real estate handyperson. You will learn the ins and outs of the real estate investment business and need to handle maintenance calls, general property upkeep, clean out units, repair units to re-lease and other related repair needs. Must have knowledge for basic plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC and problem solving skills. RRP certification a plus. Must have own tools and transportation. Paychecks are cut weekly and this is a 1099 position to start. 30-40 hours per week. pay based on skills $15-20 hour
