San Diego based real estate investment and property management company seeks assistance with long term and vacation beach rentals. Initial responsibility is vacation/rental turnovers ( cleaning, inspections, checklists, laundry, upscale suite preparation for incoming guest ) with additional work available in general maintenance ( exterior cleaning, landscaping, painting, repairs ). Once proven in turnovers, expanded work potential in management, repairs/contractor coordination, customer service, marketing, sales/showings, contracts. Must be highly reliable/responsible, organized, detail oriented, skilled at cleaning and laundry. Gain experience in real estate, work at cooler beach climate and vibe. With seniority : participate in rental income commissions, trade work for discount beach housing, free stays at luxury vacation rentals, participate in real estate investments and management.
