General laborer wanted. We are a small junk removal company in Oceanside, serving all areas of San Diego. We are passionate about what we do, we pay attention to the details and have a high regard for our customers. We love the personal relationships that come with the people we work with. Our working office hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30pm with 30 minute lunch breaks. Part-time to start. 30 hours minimum. If there is no work in the hauling business for the day, we can use your help on the construction side of the business. Experience preferred, but not necessary. Must be able to lift heavy items and have your own reliable form of transportation to get you from job to job if needed. You are consistently looking for creative ways to be more efficient, to bring in new business and to meet the needs of current business. You understand the importance of being on-time and consistent. Your boss consistently shows up to work 5 minutes before their shift. You will answer directly to and work with the Operations Manager of the company. You will have a voice and you will be listened to. Your opinion matters and is requested. Your positive attitude and good work habits will not go unappreciated! There are benefits to working here and as the company grows, so will your pay and your perks. You must be friendly and have to be able to work as a team. Non-smokers only, don't try quitting to get the job either. We are looking for a driven individual who wants to grow and operate a rig of their own with their own helper earning big commissions.
