GPS is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill 20+ warehouse packer and sanitor jobs in Otay Mesa, CA. ***TRANSPORTATION FOR 2ND SHIFT PROVIDED TO AND FROM TIJUANA*** ***WEEKLY PRODUCTION AND ATTENDANCE BONUSES FOR ALL EMPLOYEES*** (Starting your 1st day, eligible for weekly production bonus (5% of gross pay) and attendance bonus (10% of gross pay) Experience: Entry Level Position Type: Potential Temp to Hire Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K Schedules: (Packers are 1st shift & 2nd shift, Sanitation is 3rd shift) Mon-Fri 8 hour shifts; OT as needed (8-10 hour weekday shifts, full Saturdays as needed) 1st shift: 6AM-2:30PM 2nd shift: 4PM-12:30PM 3rd shift: 11PM-7:30AM Pay: 1st shift: $14/hr 2nd shift: $14.25/hr 3rd shift: $14.50/hr Requirements: -1-2 years experience in warehousing preferred -Availability to work Monday-Friday 8-10 hours as needed -Standing 8-10 hours/day Examples of duties: Packers: lift/package frozen meat Sanitation: Industrial cleaning; hosing down equipment and brushing as needed.
