What You’ll Get: Hourly DOE Health Benefits 401 (k) Paid Vacation Continuing Education Opportunities What We’re Looking For: 2+ years previous Mitigation experience in the Disaster Restoration industry 2+ years hands on while also leading crews on water, demolition, remediation, cleanup & dry out Multi-skilled in Water Damage, Fire Damage, Contents Cleaning, Mold Remediation, Board Ups, etc. Tech savvy and proficient in using an I-Pad and Service Titan Preferred IICRC Certification (at least WRT) highly preferred, Willing to Train. Proven ability to oversee and manage 1-5 projects and crews at one time; work in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands Ability to read & interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work & project schedules A leader that is self-motivated, responsible, positive, accountable and wears a smile Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening & have valid driver’s license What You’ll Do: The Restoration Mitigation Technician is responsible for providing the oversight, direction and coordination of all field activities related to the mitigation teams and any coordinated subcontractors; ability to read Xactimate scopes proficiently; managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle; and securing any unique materials, permits and/or equipment required to complete the project. Use and read Xactimate scopes to coordinate restoration projects Respond to water damage emergency calls Estimate mitigation services Manage schedules and progress of projects, from start to finish while maintaining quality standards—including but not limited to: Water Damage, Fire Damage, Contents Cleaning, Mold Remediation, Board Ups, etc. Secure unique materials, permits and equipment required Plan, execute and close out multiple projects in short periods of time to the satisfaction of the client Complete any necessary paperwork to record all job notes and utilize proprietary software if required Ensure that all tools, equipment, supplies and assigned vehicles are clean and maintained Collect any money owed at the time of service if necessary Ensure customer is satisfied and happy with the work performed Maintain a high degree of integrity and loyalty toward the company and brand If you feel you meet the qualifications and are capable of performing these responsibilities, then let's talk!
