We are looking for leaders that are motivated, that have organizational skills, equipment experience, and inspire others to exceed their expectations. All candidates must have: -Minimum of 2 years lawn maintenance experience (this is not an entry level position) -Strong leadership capabilities -Experience operating a truck and trailer (including backing into tight areas) -Experience in the normal operations of lawn maintenance equipment -Detail oriented so that all jobs are inspected upon completion to maintain consistent high quality -Able to train and mentor crew members to help them learn Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay Driver's License (Required)
