We have multiple positions open in downtown Phoenix Immediate opening for 1 night shift Pressure Washers/Porter for an OUTDOOR retail and office location in Downtown Phoenix. The shift is typically from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Immediate opening for 1 swing shift Day Porter. The shift is typically from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM/ Responsibilities would include: *Use various equipment (Pressure Washers, Walk Behind and Ride On Scrubbers) *Changing trash bags throughout property *Pick up trash and clean spills in common areas. *Use map to schedule routine work *Use messaging whiteboard and group chats to identify and correct stains and special needs *Assist with general cleaning as requested Shift is 10pm - 6:30am. Physical Requirements: *Ability to lift 20-30 lbs and occasionally 50lbs. *Ability to stand throughout shift *Ability to push and pull equipment *Must pass pre-employment drug screen This job location is in Downtown Phoenix, but hiring office is in Chandler.
