Porter/Groundskeeper position available! Starting ASAP.
Full time Monday - Friday schedule from 7am – 3:30pm.
Duties include but not limited to the following:
Daily pick up/removal of any and all trash, cigarette butts and pet waste from all areas of the apartment community including all parking lots, sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, swales, street gutters and all other common areas.
Empty trash cans (mailbox, pet stations & pool area) in common areas and dispose of trash daily.
Clean community common areas including the pool area, pool restrooms, Leasing office, mailbox area and parking areas.
Use a leaf blower to blow/clean all parking lots and sidewalks 1 x week.
Discard and dispose of large bulky items left near trash areas.
Exterior touch up painting
Keep shop clean and organized & perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on the landscape equipment and tools
Must have reliable transportation.
