Customer service experience is a huge bonus and more important than any prior construction background as you will be interacting with demanding, high dollar clients that generally do not accept excuses. Starting pay with no construction background is $13/hr with performance based raises as soon as 30 days after start as well as potential bonuses for exceptional effort and job site ethics.
