We are a property management company in Downtown LA in need of a Handyman for multiple projects among the few properties we have. Part-time (Possibly Long Term) based on the current project (Looking for career-minded people). As a Handyman you will be required to carry out handyman tasks and duties across the site: -General building maintenance/handyman duties -Demolition -Drywall installation -Framing(Wood)/ Metal Framing -Stucco -Painting -Flooring -Electrical finish -Finish carpentry -Plumbing finish -Clean-up -Digging -Trenching -Trashing out materials -Great communication skills and even temperament -Must have own truck, tools, and smartphone -Reliable and punctual -Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without accommodation -Willing to work on ladders and on flooring -Mechanically inclined -Willing to be trained in other skilled trade departments -High attention to detail Candidates will be required to interview for the position. This is an opportunity for the candidate. We need someone that is eager to work. Fluent in English is a must! Must have your own vehicle to commute.
