Auto Body Shop seeking an Office Assistant with the following Qualifications:
Responsible, trustworthy, and positive attitude
Computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Very strong organizational skills
Highly detail-oriented
Job Requirements
Prior administrative/office experience, body shop experience preferred
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaker
Available to work from Mon to Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
and alternate Saturdays from 8:00 AM-1:00 PM (OT)
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greet customers
Answer phones
Communicate clearly with customers, office staff, vendors, and insurance company personnel
Order, check-in, and inventory parts
Assist customers when dropping off or picking up vehicles
Perform data entry, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
