I need Serious, Professional Door and Window Team Lead installers and techs for full house installs, single door installs, windows, repairs and any and all manner of custom work. Very Organized, Efficient, Highly productive Techs can make $300-$500 daily. This will be an old school base pay plus bonus arrangement. I know that there is XXXX value in each specific install. there will be a base rate, and a bonus available as determined by client input and what will be the indisputable quality of the work, or the lack thereof. MUST be clean, wear clean clothes everyday, and present a minty freshness to the client.
