Looking for assistance with various projects which are listed below in priority order. 1. Weeds removal (photos labeled 1-4) - need these removed from the roots so they don’t come back within a few months. This is the most immediate need and I'm looking for someone as quickly as this weekend, if possible. 2. Concrete or brick retaining wall and stairs - after #1 item is addressed, need to replace the existing wood retaining wall and stairs with concrete or brick - whichever is most efficient. 3. Tree trimming/skirting (photos labeled 5-7) - need three trees skirted up by 20-30 feet from the lowest hanging branches. 4. Framing for new window (photos labeled 11-12) - need to replace the existing all glass window (ceiling + wall) with a regular square window and skylights. It requires the framing done to connect the two walls at the top. 5. Pergola (photos labeled 8-10) - need to install a sound structure pergola to cover approx. 750-800 sq. ft. deck area. I typically work with a contractor friend of mine who's got a full schedule for next few months. I am aware of the pitfalls of CL forum, but I'm hoping to find DEPENDABLE persons to tackle these projects. I'm looking for your best bid based on the photos included in this post. However, if you need to view in-person before providing a bid, we can coordinate that provided you are willing to follow directions.
