Warehouse Lead Location: Hastings, Nebraska Education Requirements: High School Graduate or Equivalent Job Description: *Assist Branch Manager in managing inventory, communicating with customers, and preparing orders for shipment and/or delivery *Pick product(s) and box or palletize the items for shipment to our customers *Ship product utilizing a balance of lowest cost, speed of delivery, and safe treatment of packages. *Load and unload trucks and trailers *Assist in receiving products, checking shipment against paperwork for quantity accuracy *Stock product in proper location in the warehouse or yard *Use various computer programs to input shipments and look up inventory and vendor information *Keep warehouse, facility, yard, and equipment clean *Provide great customer service *Assist with assembling various products *Work as a team member to achieve shared goals *Understand that Safety is an absolute priority Requirements: *Be physically fit, able to lift 75lbs, safely traverse ladders, and be on your feet all day *Experience with operating forklift safely *Competently use the computer *Able to learn new software in order to look up product, vendor, and shipping information, set up shipment, prepare sales orders and quotes, and communicate with the home office in Boise, Idaho. *Excellent communication skills including speaking, listening, and writing legibly *Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide *Drug Free and able to pass pre-employment drug test Compensation/Benefits: • $17 - $18 per hour: Team Members averaged $39,450.00 last year including overtime pay. • Hourly wage plus overtime -Average 88hrs of overtime during March through June • Raise after 60 days • 7 Paid holidays per year • Health and Life Insurance after 60 days • Retirement benefits after 3 years
