New Spring Property Management is seeking a customer focused skilled maintenance technician to work at local residential properties in Cowlitz County. As a Maintenance Technician you will perform routine maintenance repairs. Must have experience in drywall repair, basic framing, plumbing repairs, painting, flooring installation, the ability to do service calls and diagnosis problems experience required. Must have your own tools and valid drivers License. Must be able to pass a background check. Pay: $20.00 + based on experience
