Lose a small white/tan dog w/ purple bandana near Wiltshire Park?

Was just walking my dogs near NE 36th and Prescott when a women on her front stoop holding a very small, brown/tan and white chihuahua-type dog with a purple bandana stopped me. The dog had just run up to her out of nowhere. I wasn’t able to get a picture, but I told her I would look around to see if anyone was out searching for her and would post online. Message me if you might know who the dog belongs to and I’ll do my best to reunite them.
