We are actively searching for a Production Operator / Material Handler for a manufacturing company located in Sterling, MA. This is a Full-Time position responsible for preparing, manufacturing and assembling large products. Position Responsibilities: - Preparing and pulling raw materials for production - Operating machines to meet production specifications per item - Ensuring work orders are met by assembling parts on specific products - Inspecting final products to prepare them for distribution Position Requirements: - Ability to be on your feet most of the day - Ability to lift up to 50lbs - 2-3 years’ experience working in a construction or manufacturing environment preferred This is a Full Time, Evaluation Hire position with great growth opportunities within the company. The hours will be Monday - Friday, 7:00AM to 3:00PM with approximately 5 hours of overtime available per week. The pay rate is $18.00/hr.
