Maintenance Position for a multi family apartment community less than 200 units in Lubbock, TX. HVAC certified is a plus but not required, hvac experience is a must. Must have a positive attitude and ability to work. Previous apartment experience is preferred but not required. Duties include but are definitely not limited to: Maintaining the property. Completing all Work orders and make readies in a TIMELY manner. Maintaining a pool every day. Apartment make readies. Repairing Appliances. Plumbing work. Working with other maintenance.
