Well loved family pet looking for a new home

Hello, I am looking for a new home for our family cat. She is 1 yr old and loves to be in the same room with you. She is FIV+ so she cannot find a home through the shelters. She is fixed, has had all of her shots, has an established relationship with the critter clinic vets. she does have issues with marking on furniture (Mostly beds) and we have tried everything out there to help her break this habit. We have reached the end of our ability to solve the issue and we are hoping someone out there in a different situation can help her. She has to be an only cat and indoor due to her FIV. Is good with young children, and has lived with a calm older dog. She is not a snuggler but loves to play and be near you. Please reach out to us to get more information or if interested.
