Gem State Staffing-Caldwell is urgently hiring a Machine Operator for a Plastics Mfg plant in Caldwell. Two shifts available with lots of overtime. WHAT IS ROTATIONAL MOLDING? Rotational Molding, also called rotomolding, is a manufacturing process for producing large hollow parts and products by placing a powder into a closed three-dimensional mold and rotating it in an oven to melt the powder and coat the entire interior of the mold. RESPONSIBILITIES • Safely operate machinery to mold products efficiently • Load and unload rotational molding products from machines within set machine time parameters • Cut or break flashing from materials or products. • Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping • Start machines or equipment to begin production • Mold maintenance & inspection • Clean/ inspect parting lines each cycle • Inspect mold for cracks or damage each cycle • Maintain a neat and orderly work area (platform) REQUIREMENTS • Must be capable of lifting 50-75lbs • Must be punctual and maintain good attendance • Pre-employment drug screen • Machine Operator Experience desired, not required. Training provided. • Must be capable of working in hot working conditions (ovens in facility are very hot) • Must have basic math skills DETAILS Day Shift - Mon-Fri 5am-5pm Saturdays optional Night Shift - Mon-Fri 5pm-5:30am Saturdays optional Avg weekly income is $850.00 per week - Weekly pay, every Friday.
