Help with my 9 yr old---Flexible

I am looking for someone for a unique position. I have a 9 year old boy who is SUPER DUPER cute and fun. We are attached with a program with the state called UCP. They will actually pay you @ $14/hr. I am looking to have a start date mid August. You have to apply through the UCP program and be accepted. We are leaving on vacation until @ 8/10. I will take phone calls and try to check emails. If we are a go, I will send you the link to apply. I am looking for the person though and not them. I am looking for up to 20-25 hrs a week. After school and some days on the weekends. I am flexible on the hours. This is designed to give me a break and help him have fun. Occassionally his sisters may join. They are 11 and 14. For the most part it will be just him. I want someone creative, outgoing, fun yet can provide firm direction and redirection when needed. I prefer the candidate have a vehicle. This will aid in any afterschool activities, doctors appts and field trips. I WANT SOMEONE FUN!!!! Why is he on this program? He has a mood regulation disorder and is on the tail end of the autism spectrum. You wouldn't know if I didn't tell you---full disclosure. What can this look like? Being defiant, getting angry, needing redirection....... We are a fun home. We live through doing and learning. We are active and creative. We have a cute 15lb dog and a little rabbit. There are 5 of us in the house. Me (super cool I like to think), 14 and 11 year old sisters, and my boy 9. We live in Middleton. I am looking for a parnter, not just a babysitter.
