The role of the Project Manager is to oversee assigned projects and insure they are completed profitably and in accordance with our goals of quality, safety and customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as Project Administrator on projects assigned by the President. This includes securing bonds, reviewing shop drawings and submittals, material ordering, labor rates, changes in contracts such as change orders, team leader pre-job meeting preparation, etc. Participate in the MIS process’s that are required to include job tracking, change orders and purchase orders If needed, personally oversee assigned projects during job start up phase or perform in-progress inspections Keep President and Construction Manager informed about important activities and problems Participate in daily operations meetings Stay abreast of new developments in roofing technology Occasionally perform pre-job roof inspections and attend pre-bid meetings.
