Temporary housing $400 for the 11 day State Fair run. All utilities included, Room is furnished, for rent to a quiet, female, non-smoking roommate. Rent includes Wi-Fi internet access, A/C, water, as well as access to all the common areas of the home. You are also welcome to use the kitchen items. Home is three blocks North of Howard Avenue, and near bus lines. here is also a parking space as well. Laundry privileges also included. No frills...no hassles. Thank you.
