Charles county resident to bring junk to dump

Hello I live in waldorf Maryland but do not have a license that shows my address to go to the dump. However I have some items that have to go to the dump including a few contractor bags and and some furniture. I just need someone who is a Charles county resident with a pickup truck to come by I’ll load the truck and then we take it to the dump I will pay for it and unload it at the dump that’s all. It would cost me about $140 to rent a truck myself figured it would make more sense to give that to someone else rather than a truck rental place
