Wheeler Industries, Inc. is a full-service machining and manufacturing job shop located in Spokane Valley, WA. We have been operating in this area for over 40 years, and are in need of someone interested in learning how to be a machinist. Position duties include sweeping concrete floors, collecting metal chips in barrels, emptying barrels, operating fork lifts, and other general cleaning duties around the shop. Slowly you will be transitioned into doing simple machining jobs, as well as, completing other tasks to move you through the learning process. Eventually you will be able to operate a variety of machines to make an infinite number of parts, and be recognized as a true machinist. We have a variety of capabilities unmatched in this area and, if employed here, one would have the opportunity to learn how to use all of these.
