Cobalt Real Estate Services is a commercial real estate maintenance company Currently hiring Fulltime exterior parking lot cleaning staff - MUST be able to pass a criminal background check MUST have a valid drivers license and social security card MUST have a reliable pick-up truck Schedule is Friday - Tuesday (off Wednesday and Thursday) Duties include driving to multiple shopping centers in and around Dallas Pick up trash on the entire exterior property, empty all trash cans and replace with new trash liners. Dispose trash bags on site in dumpsters. Use of leaf blower to blow and remove all debris from property. Provide an over all clean and curbside appeal for the general public. Health, dental and vision available after 90 days full time employment Fleet gas card issued for on the job fuel expenses Supplies, and equipment issued for use.
