looking for a Window/Siding/Metal Specialist We strive to have superior quality of work. We currently have openings for full or part-time positions for window & door installation, siding installation, and metalwork. Requirements: Must be able to drive and have a valid drivers license. Must have experience and proficiency with specialized tools and equipment and customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with office staff and crews. Ability to meet all physical demands of the job. Ability to work in an environment that occasionally gets very loud. Work well with others Familiarity with power tools. Ability to lift heavy items. Physical stamina and manual dexterity. Typical day is 7 AM - 6 PM. Overtime is available. Responsibilities: Experience with installing windows, doors, siding and metalwork preferred. Complete tasks following all OSHA requirements, company safety procedures and standards. Windows/doors: Install or replace windows or doors in residential and commercial buildings Take measurements Assist with painting and other remodeling duties as necessary Removing old windows and doors with hand and power tools. Metalworkers: Responsible for installing and sometimes fabricating thin metal sheets used in a variety of applications. Experience with a brake preferred. Soffit/Fascia work: Trim for home openings include doors, garage doors and windows, etc. Siding installers: Be able to remove old siding and put up new siding. This could include vinyl, steel or fiber cement siding. Demonstrate communication skills to get the job done right, and learned great measurement skills. Assess needed repairs through communication with homeowners and property analysis. Field installation and setup of equipment. Must be courteous, mindful and respectful to homeowner's property.
