Junkie Showroom has an amazing and unique opportunity to gain industry experience and insight in the fashion industry. You will be partnering with key members of the organization to obtain an understanding of the trade business. In addition to the operational responsibilities of this position, candidates must embody characteristics of the company's core values—including professionalism, integrity, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Our ideal candidate is someone passionate about pursuing a career in the fashion industry. The candidate should be hardworking, motivated, and eager to take the initiative. This is a chance to attend one of the biggest events in the fashion industry. Tasks will include (but are not limited to): - Maintaining the appearance of the showroom before, during, and after appointments. - Marketing and Promotions - To become acquainted with each brand and familiarize oneself with their lookbook and line sheet format - Unpack, steam, and merchandise each collection according to delivery to ensure proper presentation. - Participate and assist Sales Reps with orders & note-taking according to delivery and designer. - Start orders and create notes for buyers. - Participate in fashion trade shows and booth setup/breakdown. Requirements: Upbeat bubbly personality Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canvas Position requires strong organizational skills Attention to detail Proactive thinking, ability to identify opportunities and jump in when needed Please Send Resume and/or Cover letter
