Description
We are looking for someone who can do a wide variety of things from basic household repairs to complete rehabs/remodels as well as tenant improvement work. We are looking for someone who can work alone and get the job done in a timely manner as well as working good as part of a team. Someone who can follow direction, has a good work ethic, attention to detail and a can do attitude. Please have at least 5 years experience and your own tools and your own truck or van not a car as you will need to pickup materials and supplies sometimes. Painting interior and exterior.
Cabinet insulation and repair.
Drywall installation and repair and texture.
Window and door installation
General household repairs
Stucco and repairs.
