We are looking for a skilled carpenter that can grow into a project manager for our growing real estate investing company. Starting pay is 25$ - $35 an hour depending on experience plus profit share bonus and 2 weeks paid vacation. You will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of investing in real estate as well and the opportunity to buy rental properties through our business. You must take pride in your work, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Requirements Min 6 Years Experience as a carpenter Ability to work by yourself Ability to hire a helper as needed (paid by company) Must own a truck and your own tools Ability to stay organized and multi task Must have a good attitude Must be passionate about carpentry and growth Ability to perform the following work on your own. Finish Work crown molding Base board Gen Trim work Install Cabinets Install interior & Exterior doors Install Laminate Countertops Install LVT Flooring install windows ability to measure window openings for replacement windows ability to measure floor plan for cabinets install shower surrounds ability to make a material list Rough Framing Framing of stairs Handrails sheet rocking ability to do demo work Light concrete work / patching Installation install over range micro wave Install Ranges Install refrigerators Plumbing ability to install sinks or willingness to learn ability to install faucets or willingness to learn install sink drain or willingness to learn Electrical ability to install outlets and switches or willingness to learn ability to install light fixtures or willingness to learn Tile tile back splashes tile floors tile surround Painting light painting You will be working alongside other subcontractors who we sub out work to that are too big to handle in house. You must have the ability to carry a general liability insurance policy, and write invoices for work completed.
