Xactimate Estimator/Project Manager

Looking for someone who is honest, humble and hardworking to be an integral part of our team. The right candidate will be a self-starter who will provide outstanding and personable customer service; can write accurate and detailed estimates and who is able to see a project through from start to finish and ensure the project is completed accurately, timely and to standards. Responsibilities · Take emergency service calls · Respond to service calls · Sign job/paperwork · Survey/scope the job/take pictures · Dispatch crews with supplies and equipment · Coordinate job info with crew(s) and project admin · Write estimate/scope using Xactimate · Coordinate loss info with customer · Coordinate loss info with insurance company/adjuster · Work with adj to agreed upon scope/price · Schedule/order supplies for job · Schedule subcontractors for job · Bring the job through to completion · Final walk through Skills · Proficient in Xactimate: write estimates for water/fire restoration and reconstruction projects · Valid drivers license · Time management and the ability to properly prioritize tasks · Team player with good people skills · IICRC and OSHA certifications This is a full-time, permanent position: we offer a competitive and fully customizable benefits/compensation package.
