Looking for a Groundskeeper for a family mobile home park located in McAllen, Texas.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Mowing Grass
Weed Trimming
Trimming of trees and bushes
Picking up trash
Reporting violations
Reading water meters
Equipment maintenance
Some knowledge of the following is a plus but is not required:
Plumbing
Carpentry
Speak English
40 hours/week
Salary depends on experience
Must have reliable transportation
Must pass background check and be drug free
