Bayuad Enterprises is now seeking a Grounds Field/Crew Lead (Field Lead DDW) for the Denver area. This is a Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm (some weekends/nights as needed). Pay is $15hr to $25hr depending on experience. This is a permanent position. This position works directly with the Veterans Day Works Program for homeless/at risk Veterans. We provide clean up services for City, State and private organizations. We are seeking someone with experience in landscaping, trash removal, graffiti removal, disinfecting, and general Janitorial projects. Also must have experience supervising and training/mentoring a crew (Veterans, people with various disabilities) of up to 8 people at any given time. Must have excellent people, communication skills, team building abilities, must have a clean driving record, basic MS Office/emails and be able to work outside during all seasons. We provide a company van, excellent benefits and room for growth. Also seeking: Janitors for the Downtown area M-F 5pm to 1am, $15hr to $17hr DOE, EVS Techs a plus!
