General Summary: Responsible for carrying out the daily construction duties, including but not limited to: assisting in building of general infrastructure, assisting in constructing details inside housing, general repairs, painting, sanding, finishing, etc. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Preparing construction sites, materials and tools • Loading and unloading materials, tools and equipment • Assisting contractors, electricians, and painters as needed • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Required Knowledge and Abilities: • Wants to work and is willing to learn • Being strong, healthy and fit is an advantage Education and Experience: • No formal education required, although a high school diploma is preferred • Similar work experience is beneficial Pay based on experience. Housing may be available.
