Cat with a past needs a home

Looking for someone with a big heart to take a cat in that has issues. She belonged to an elderly lady who passed away and then she was left to fend for herself. When she found me she was starving and not in great shape. She's pretty fat now. When I moved to Nevada I didn't want to leave her in the same situation she was in before so I brought her with me, but firstly I am not a cat person and secondly my living situation is not ideal for a cat. Meow has been her name. She is quiet and does her own thing but you need to wait for her to tell you when she wants love or she can get feisty. She spent a good deal of time fighting for her space outside. With food and a liter bin she is set on her own and she usually wants love right before you go to sleep. She's not used to the wild animal variety out her so ideal would be indoor. She'll sneak out if doors are open, but once she knows and trusts you she'll want back in. Probably best to keep her contained indoors until she warms up to you and realizes shes taken care of. Its gonna take someone with a big heart to take her on, but I have to find her another home.
