START YOUR ENGINES, racing season is right around the corner! We will be bringing the race track experience to Walmart parking lots across the country with simulators, energizing zones, and various challenges. Schedule: 8/4/2021 12pm-8pm -> REDDING CA 8/5/2021 12pm-8pm -> ANDERSON CA 8/6/2021 12pm-8pm -> RED BLUFF CA 8/7/2021 10am-6pm -> CHICO CA 8/8/2021 10am-6pm -> MARYSVILLE CA *Travel Pay Available* Pay Rate: $20/hr Duties: Arrive on scheduled time to help setup: Be on time to assist Tour Managers for event set-up of Red Bull Pit Stop Tour at Walmart locations. This may require some heavy lifting during setup/breakdown that Includes unloading/loading assets from Trailer and Van. During Event- Manage either Mobil 1 Gaming Station or Red Bull Energize Sampling Zone: Talent will most likely be stationed at the Mobil 1 gaming tent to manage Xbox F1 2020 2 simulator games that shoppers can play. Encourage shoppers to play game and sign up for Mobil 1’s sweepstakes to win a trip to the F1 Race in Houston this October or 2022 Race in Miami! (QR Code to Sign up) Monitor equipment and shoppers interacting near or on equipment: iPad Kiosk, Xbox console, Simulators, TV Be somewhat familiar with Xbox Console – can train onsite As shoppers exit Mobil 1 activation encourage them to fill out Momentum QR code survey. Red Bull Energize Zone: Instruct shoppers how to sign waiver for Red Bull’s Pit Stop Challenge Trailer (QR Code Signage option or iPad Kiosk.). Help manage crowd control and hand out Red Bull samples behind bar while waiting to do Pit Stop Challenge. Help with 1hr breakdown after event: Assist Tour Manager with breaking down setup and loading trailer and van.
