Bright Eye Solar is a growing solar electric design and installation company, installing solar electric systems for both residential and commercial customers. Looking for a full time solar installers with experience but willing to train someone who has roofing or other construction experience and/or the following skills/ experience: - Ability to communicate well with customers and team members and have a neat appearance - High mechanical aptitude with outdoor construction experience. preferably roofing or electrical - Can work with little to no supervision and get jobs done on time and with a high level of workmanship. - Clean driving record. - Not afraid to work on tall buildings with steep roofs. - Willing to travel and stay in hotels occasionally. - Quick learner. - Benefits after 90 days. - Paid mobile phone. - Paid Holidays. - Paid driving time to and from jobs. Responsibilities: Driving company vehicles to and from job sites. Communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service to our customers. Safety equipment and best practices integration. Job set up and inventory check Installation of mounting equipment and solar panels. Basic electrical wiring/ connections/ junction boxes. Start up and testing of systems. Remote monitoring and management set up. Effective communication with coworkers and employees. Daily reporting to project manager. Must be able to lift up to 60lbs regularly. Ability to be flexible with working hours. Plan on 10 hr days at minimum. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
