Utility Worker We are looking for a hardworking utility worker to perform general cleaning and maintenance duties at our property. As an utility worker, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned areas inside and outside of the property. Maintaining maintenance tools and equipment and comply with state health and safety regulations. Ordering and maintain cleaning supplies, conduct route inspections of the equipment. A top-class utility worker should be a jack of all trades who is able to clean windows and fix lights, repair equipment, empty trash bins, mop floors and maintain a safe work area. Ensuring the safe handling and storage of cleaning liquids. Experience with certain types of power tools, floor buffer & scrubber. Responsible for taking care of the building's general cleanliness to provide tidy and sanitary amenities to residents and guests. Take verbal and written instructions from the company managers. Attention to detail, time management, Organizational skills, the ability to learn and adapt in the environment you work in. Maybe assigned special tasks in a single day. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Entry level position. You will be cross trained to work other positions & maybe required to work in the absence of co-workers.
