Maintenance workers needed for busy property management company. Driving to vacation rental homes is required. All homes are within 3 miles of Miramar Beach. This is a part time job on Saturday's only. Please do not apply if you cannot work on Saturday's.
Job includes:
-completing check lists for each property
-light maintenance work to include but not limited to: hanging bathroom towel bars, repairing furniture, light touch up paint, outdoor cleaning of entry ways and balconies
-straightening pool decks, cleaning BBQ grills
-changing light bulbs, batteries, smoke detectors
-reporting major maintenance issues to office
-delivering product to homes
-making sure TV's work
-checking internet connection
- changing AC filters
Requirements:
Able to work on Saturday's. Work hours are between 9am and 6pm. 8 hour shift. Must have vehicle to drive to rental homes.
Pay: $20 per hour- paid same day
