Now Hiring an Administrative Assistant-Coordinator/Punch Out Technician Reporting to the Maintenance Manager
Duties Include:
• Answering the maintenance phone line
• Writing up Work Orders
• Key Management-pulling, copying, updating key rings, maintaining a key log
• Interfacing with Vendors and City Officials as needed
• Coordinating A/C filter changes and drain cleaning schedule
• Ensure quality assurance and unit readiness
• Light repairs, caulking, painting and light cleaning as needed to finalize units
• Posting notices for the office
• Changing locks as required
• Light work orders and occupied unit inspections
• Pest control as needed
• Change A/C filters
Must be reliable, detail oriented and self-motivated. Must be able to do basic math computations and follow directions well, have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
Must have valid drivers license and insurance. Office located in Lakeland, Florida. Although most of the units we manage are in Polk County, we have a minor amount in Hillsborough and Highlands County as well. There is mileage reimbursement.
We are a Clean and Sober company. A pre-employment drug screen will be required.
