Apartment owner at Caldwell, Riverside San Antonio is looking for a part-time handyman to do items on an ongoing basis, Criteria are the following:
-preferably english speaking
-resident of Riverside or surrounding area
-has own transportation and tools
-experienced with basic home repairs, maintenance and moving
-physically able to lift heavy items ocassionaly
-can adopt to flexible schedules
Pay is $XX/HR for few hours per week
