The General Labor position, known internally as "Utility Person," is an entry level job and an essential part of our workforce. The General Laborer may perform a variety of tasks such as: - Applying compound and protective plastic caps to threaded pipe. - Coating the finished threads. - Labelling pipe with identifying information. - Operating small mobile equipment, such as forklifts. - And various other general labor tasks such as stacking wood for pipe rack storage. Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED. • The ability to work an industrial schedule including overtime (rotating or fixed 8-hour shift work, which will include Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). • Adherence to safety procedures/guidelines at all times. • Work with and around materials that may be hot, heavy or sharp, and hazardous chemicals. • Ability to perform manual labor and lift in excess of 25 lbs.
