Job description Job Overview: This Property Inspector (Tech) position will start out as a PART TIME POSITION. We provide flexibility, to help fit to your schedule. As an employee, you will be compensated on a per jobs completed basis, and be paid on a bi-weekly direct deposit program. Your appointments, or route for the following day, is set up, and provided by our Call Center. Using your email system. You must be available to work every other Saturday! Job Requirements Include : 1- You MUST live in the Humble, TX. area, and have a verifiable address. 2- You should have access to and an i-Pad 5, or newer (mini is acceptable). And have basic computer skills. 3- You MUST have reliable transportation. 4- You must also be able to cover a 40 mile radius area of coverage around your home. If you do not have all of these three requirements PLEASE do NOT respond to this post. Job description: This Property Conditions Inspector (Tech) position is a PART TIME POSITION. This position will require the Property Inspector (tech) to travel to preselected, address's, meet with a tenant (or in some cases the homes are vacant), and preform a photo-condition report of the property. The average property report on a 3 bedroom 2 bath home should take approx. 90 minutes to complete. There is no required licensure, or related work experience required for this position, however Property Management, Real Estate Inspection, or Real Estate Sales is a plus. A background check WILL be preformed prior to training. Training usually take 3 days riding along with a tech in the area, and is NOT paid.
