You will be sanding full time for a hardwood product manufacturing company. We are looking for for first shift 8AM-4:30PM and for second shift 2:30PM-11PM. Qualifications for this job include, but are not limited to:
• Knowledge of sandpaper and sanding tools as well as how to operate such tools
• Organizational and leadership skills
• Experience working with your hands in a somewhat rigorous environment
• Prior work experience in a manufacturing company
• Sound time management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Familiarity with basic measuring tools - calipers, scales, etc.
Compensation will include production-based bonus opportunities on a quarterly basis.
