Maintenance Technician/Handy Man

We are Intuitive Services Group. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with general maintenance, handy man duties, upkeep and general assistance, painting and minor repairs, and light furniture moving for our commercial and industrial customers. Maintains and conducts minor repairs on electrical, plumbing, walls, ceiling, floors, furniture, and equipment (changing light bulbs, air filters, checking plumbing clogs, etc.) • Maintenance and general labor needs • Responds to request in a timely fashion and according to priority • Performs assigned duties such as painting, moving • Performs other duties as assigned Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED • Vocational training or technical school training beyond high school education is preferred, and or Construction trades work of years or greater • Property maintenance preferred • Problem Solving Skills • Must have a valid driver’s license and have transportation • Effective communication skills • Ability to prioritize based on various factors • Working knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work flexible hours • Ability to work indoors and outdoors – may include inclement weather • Have own work tools, and or can be supplied Work Type: Full and Part time Pay Rate: $14 -$18.00 per hour Plus mileage reimbursement When applying please include your name, telephone number and email address, thank you.
