Property management company has an opening for a groundskeeper/general maintenance laborer. Work days are Monday-Friday with occasional weekends. Duties include but are not limited to keeping the interior and exterior of properties: *safe and in good working order * free of trash and debris * keep lights in working order * maintain landscaping and garden areas Must be able to work independently, follow instructions, and maintain a professional appearance and behavior.
