Drummer Needed for Original Indie Rock Trio

Hi there, We're Hootsie, an established indie-rock band based around Conshohocken, and after a year holed up because of the pandemic, we're ready to get back out there but we need a new drummer to complete our trio! A little bit about us: - we're an indie rock band in our 30s/40s who's been playing shows in and around the Philly area since 2016 - influences include (but not limited to): The Replacements, REM, Tom Petty, The Strokes, The War on Drugs, The Cars, Elvis Costello, etc. - we have released a few EPs over the years (see: hootsie.bandcamp.com) - we have a lot of new songs waiting to be played and recorded! What we're looking for: - a drummer who is creative, has good feel - someone who can rock when it's called for, but also knows good dynamics and can cater to what each song needs - Backing vocals are a plus! - Dependable. Energetic. Easy to get along with. Plus no drama, hard drugs, etc. - while there are some drum parts we'd like to keep, we'd of course also like this person to make the songs their own Another thing to note: we both have full-time careers / day jobs and aren't looking to go touring any time soon. We just like creating and playing music, and we especially like performing music on the many fine stages in/around Philly. We normally practice once a week, and play shows once or twice a month depending. We hope to get back out there real soon!
