Essential Duties: • Maintains cleanliness of resident rooms and bathrooms, by cleaning, sanitizing, dust-mopping, wet-mopping, vacuuming, removing trash, cleaning windows, dusting furniture, defrosting refrigerator, changing bed linens and doing personal laundry as requested using proper personal protective equipment and sanitation procedures. • Keeps janitorial closets neat, orderly, and supplied. • Notifies supervisor any needed repairs or maintenance or unsafe conditions. • Refills hand sanitizer dispensers. • Other duties as assigned We have high standards. Qualifications include: Team-player, take initiative, reliable, respectful, responsible, positive attitude Able to work independently to complete projects on time and to quality specifications. Able to follow instructions and complete assignments without close supervision Able to distinguish colors, read schedules, directions and safety warnings and safety data sheets.
